About Shereen
Shereen is an experienced oral health therapist at Smile Solutions with a genuine passion for helping patients maintain and improve their oral health. Whether you're working on building a solid preventive routine or dealing with more involved periodontal concerns, she brings real clinical skill and a gentle, caring approach to every appointment.
Her path into dentistry started in 2005 as a dental assistant, which gave her a grounded, hands-on understanding of patient care before she completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Oral Health) in 2011. Since then, she's worked across both public and private dental settings, developing a strong clinical focus on preventive care, oral health education, and periodontal management. That range of experience means she's well-placed to understand your needs and deliver treatment that's genuinely tailored to you.
Having recently relocated to Australia to be closer to family, Shereen is excited to join the Smile Solutions team. She has a particular enthusiasm for periodontics and a specialist interest in Airflow therapy, a modern approach to comfortable and effective treatment that her patients consistently respond well to.
Outside the practice, Shereen enjoys time with family and friends and staying active. She's also a committed bagpipe player, a hobby she's kept up for years, and that same dedication carries through into her clinical work.
