About Dr Susan Hinckfuss

Susan graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1995 with a Bachelor of Dental Science. She spent the next eight years in private general dental practice in the Geelong area, where she discovered her passion for treating children. This led her back to the University of Melbourne for three years of specialist training in Paediatric Dentistry, completing her Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DClinDent). During this time, she completed rotations at the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, gaining experience in managing the unique dental needs of children.

After her specialist training, Susan moved to the United States for three years to work as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the School of Dental Science, University of Minnesota. She returned to Melbourne in 2010 and has been in private specialist practice since then.
